ALADHRA is delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items, please get in touch with us at info@aladhra.com

 

All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Of course we will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from ALADHRA. OMAN & GCC

Please contact us via email info@aladhra.com with your name, item name and order number.

Only Returns received at our facility by mail within 3-7 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 7 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside Oman clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from ALADHRA. Hence, if you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge. ALADHRA is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
